We are supporting a series of sessions to invite and enlist the community to define policies, programs, and investments that will support them to meet their aspirations.
We will emphasize the participation of underserved, historically marginalized communities. Achieving equitable outcomes will require widespread access to jobs that offer family-sustaining income, economic supports for small businesses and new entrepreneurs, health-building, wealth building, and support systems to achieve community-defined standards of Well-being. This can be achieved by applying effective policies, programs, and investments that reduce disparities. We believe that the alignment and geographic focus of Human Capital Investments that currently exist and those newly identified will positively impact stability, economic well-being and unlock the full potential of the economy on behalf of the people that currently live in the communities adjacent to the real estate developments at Lake and Nicollet.
